EXPLORER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Leadership Development Academy (E.L.D.A.), provides training and educational opportunities for HCSO Explorers. This developmental academy is apart and aside from the Explorers Basic Academy. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Leadership Development Academy, is a 50 hour course that will make a positive, viable difference in the Explorers self-actualization, with regards to image, attitude, goals, and leadership. Emphasis will be dedicated to Leadership, Ethics, values and Morals, as a basic foundation of this training curriculum.
Explorer Leadership Development Academy (E.L.D.A.)
The Explorer Leadership Development Academy is designed to develop and improve the Explorer’s self-confidence, team building abilities and instructional techniques. The Explorer Leadership Development Academy is dedicated to training excellence through rigorous physical activities, team building exercises and instructor developmental classes.
